Torches Across AmericaRide MapTorches Across America is a cross-country motorcycle ride which is done in memory of those who died on 9/11/2001, at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a field in rural Shanksville. Motorcyclists will be riding from California, through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Okahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Motorcyclists may join the ride along the route, so the number of ride participants will grow as it crosses the USA. Riders are responsible for all their own expenses, such as gasoline, restaurants, hotel accomodations, including making hotel reservations. This map was created specifically for Torches of America. It is possible that some changes to routes and events can happen between now and September 2007, so please check with event organizers. It is hoped that everyone has a wonderful ride, and a memorable experience. As you cross the country, you will be constantly reminded of MASS MURDER of random innocents at the hands of fanatics, but you will also be reminded of the bravery of first responders, and airlines passengers on board Flight 93 who decided to fight back. You'll also be reminded of the men and women of the American military who bravely answered the call to arms in the War on Terror, and disrupted the Taliban in Afghanistan who supported terrorists. Patriotic Americans SUPPORT THE TROOPS, regardless of where they are serving. The map uses a red skull as a Rest In Peace symbol. This may look too violent to some people, but that is how I choose to express the fact that masses of innocent victims died at the hands of violent and obviously deranged murderers. |
