Nearby are Papakolea Green Sand beach and Punalu u a Black Sand beach,and we are just around the corner from South Point southern most point in the U.S.A. and believed landing sight of the first Polynesians. Our ideally central location makes us a great home base for easy driving times to island sites. We are 45 minutes from Hawaii Volcano National Park and the Place of Refuge.
