Newly renovated in 2001 the property is clean and appealing with a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. The ambience of surroundings, ocean breeze and kind and courteous staff makes our property unique and enjoyable. Note Anyone checking in under 25 has to leave a $75 cash security deposit per person which is fully refundable as long as the guests adhere to our rules. Anyone staying on the property has to be 18 years of age unless accompanied by someone 25 or older. In order to cancel a reservation you must do so 7 days prior to arrival. If you fail to do so or do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, then you will be charged for the first nights room and tax. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
