From the airport, go North on Airport Circle toward Terminal ACC. Turn slight left onto Rental Car Return. Turn slight left onto Airport Circle. Turn right onto University Pkwy. Turn left onto N Tamiami Trail/FL-45/US-41. Continue to follow FL-45 S/US-41 S. Turn right onto Stickney Point RD/FL-72.
From the airport, go Northeast on Airport entrance toward Parking ACC. Stay straight to go onto Terminal ACC. Stay straight to go onto Red Terminal. Red Terminal becomes Airport Exit. Take the SR-60 ramp toward I-275/Downtown. Merge onto N Memorial Hwy/FL-60 E. Merge onto I-275 S toward St. Petersburg (portions toll). Merge onto I-75 S via the exit on the left toward Naples. Merge onto FL-72 W via exit 205 toward Siesta Key/Sarasota. End at 1735 Stickney Point Rd.
