We offer you four levels of vacation home so you can choose the best option for your family vacation premier, executive, luxury and townhouse all for the same price as a hotel room, or less. Our premier homes are some of the best available brand new homes- upgraded furnishings and interior designs- amazing pools and jacuzzis, usually with extended pool decks- multiple master suites- some homes with character-themed kid bedrooms- extended living areas with large screen TVs and DVD players- fully equipped modern kitchens with all appliances- full size washer and dryer- bed linens and towels- some homes with games room- some homes with video game equipment simply the best of the best. The executive homes provide superb comfort and style on a smaller scale. Beautiful Florida-style decor and furnishings- fabulous private pools- multiple bedrooms and bathrooms- comfortable living areas with TV and VCR or DVD- fully equipped modern kitchens with all appliances- full size washer and dryer- bed linens and towels- a few with video game equipment all with amenities designed to provide your family with all the comforts of your home-away-from-home. Our luxury homes offer your family the best value in a vacation pool home, while still providing a luxury environment. All homes are furnished and equipped to high standards with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms- comfortable living areas with TV and VCR or DVD- fully equipped modern kitchens with all appliances- full size washer and dryer- bed linens and towels and of course, a private pool in your own backyard. The townhouses are an extremely affordable way to have a great family vacation. Each condo or townhouse is located in a wonderful gated resort community and offers fabulous amenities such as sparkling swimming pools, fitness rooms, games rooms, lounge areas. Many of the resorts offer BBQ areas- tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and childrens play areas. All homes are fully equipped and furnished, including bed linens and towels. Get the most bang for your buck in our beautiful condos and townhouses. All reservations for 2, 3 or 4 nights are subject to a Short Stay Cleaning Fee. This fee depends on the size of the rental home reserved - 3 bedrooms - 70.00USD/ 4 bedrooms - 80.00USD/ 5 bedrooms - 90.00USD/ 6 bedrooms - 105.00USD/ 7 bedrooms - 125.00USD. This fee is payable PRIOR to arrival. The Florida Store believes that our own reputation is only as good as the service we give you, our guests. Our customer-friendly reservations staff is backed up by friendly and comprehensive support at the Guest Welcome Centre in Orlando.

From Orlando International Airport - Take the South Exit, Follow Highway 417 /toll-road/ South to the Osceola Parkway. Travel West on Osceola Parkway to Interstate 4 West.
