The Omni Charlotte Hotel will be undergoing Rooms Renovation starting November 16, 2006 and is scheduled to be completed by April 28, 2007. There will be no disruptions to any services due to the renovation. 15 Floors Total Number of guestrooms: 374 -none with Jacuzzis. Connecting rooms are King Beds to Double Beds only. Available upon Request - Connecting rooms, ADA accessible rooms, rollaways -available for an additional fee. Restrictions: Rollaways allowed only in king bedded rooms and Deluxe Oversized Double Rooms.

The Get Fit Room is a Deluxe Room featuring a Sole 2 horsepower motorized treadmill placed in the guest room for private use (an additional fee is added to guest room bill for this room type). This room also includes the Get Fit Kit, extra towels and bottled water. Power Bars and Gatorade are available in the mini-bar at an additional charge.

A Junior Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room and is a triangular shaped one room suite with a sitting area in the same room as the bed. These suites are corner rooms that have two walls of glass with an excellent view.
Parlor Suite - approx. 740 square ft
A Parlor Suite has all the amenities of a deluxe room and is a two room suite. The king bedroom is connected to a parlor/living room. The parlor has a sitting area with a breakfast or meeting table that seats up to 6 people. There is also a wet bar and a separate bathroom. These rooms must be booked through Omni directly.
Mecklenburg Suite - approx. 1000 square ft
The Mecklenburg Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of Trade Street from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 6, an unstocked wet bar for entertaining guests, marble buffet for setting out hors d'oeuvres or a buffet dinner and the dining table seats 6. The king bedroom adjoins the room with an inner connecting door. The Mecklenburg Suite also has access to the Signature Lounge on the 14th floor. This suite must be booked with Omni directly.
